[Suggestion] How can we contact IGG directly

This forum should be a place to discuss issues and concerns as well as in game help however most issues and concerns get ignored.   Aside from tech support which only provides in game help after your provide a screenshot and 3 days to responds. We under stand the admins have limited knowledge on game play and decisions.  Therefore can one of the admin please kindly tell the community how to contact igg directly like they are able too.

The player base has no access as the Facebook page and twitter only gives minimal game alerts and focuses on social promotion rather then information.  As many of us spend 100s of dollars I think this is a very small thing to ask for.

I agree, I would love to see more involvement from the developers on the forums.

Thank you Doc ShreX, however i hope it isn't Tier 1 support where there first response is to ask for a screen shot because i have dealt with help support a lot and it takes very long to communicate basic information and get an adequate response.  


The issue i had with the assembly army questions i had took nearly a month to address and they finally indicated that they changed how assemblies worked although they notified no one that they were doing this.  Often there are changes made with no explanation and no notification.   It shouldn't be to much to ask that our money can pay for the information regarding all game updates.

I know Doc ShreX is doing his best but he is only one person.  There are 3 moderators but only 1 is active, 1 hasn't responded since april and one has never posted a response at all.  It would be nice if IGG can assign more moderators to support Doc ShreX

I can't comment on our forum moderation team.

However, I can suggest that you are asking for Tier 3 or 4 support from Tier 0 workers.

T0 - Forum moderation staff
T1 - Live Support
T2 - Submit a ticket support
T3 - Game specialists
T4 - Developers

There is no legal way for me to offer access to anything past T2.

I will always try to assist to the best of my ability and my team of researchers, advocates and play testers are entirely volunteer player based with no access to back end programming or information that has not been made public release knowledge.

I I appologise if this is of very little assistance, we are doing our best.
