Meteorites give a chance at getting upgraded. There is no set number unless you want garenteed stars. As for the exact number, you would have to contact the helpdesk to find out as I don't have the figures right now.

I also don't know how much Aoi would cost to gold but if you ask helpdesk, they would be able to assist you.
